The stay here was perfect for a quick visit, with efficient and friendly staff, a brand-new room with a queen size bed, balcony, and wardrobes.

The hotel's location was great, very close to the train station with the Christmas market and a market within walking distance. the breakfast was pretty decent and very very good, at better prices. - the staff was welcoming.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub and a separate shower.- The staff is amiable, allowing for early check-in, and they operate a fantastic bar.- The hotel has a good and incredible location for visiting the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away.- It is located near the Old Town, train station, and other attractions.

Our rooms were compact and new-fashioned with all the best services available. A big bathtub plus big enough cabinets.- The location was particularly good and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Gothic church.

They have a wonderful location that I'll definitely visit again, the rooms are amazing and spacious with a big bed, and the service is very attentive.

This place has a great location right in the center, making it super easy to get around. Plus, it's close to the railway, which means you can hop on a direct 15-minute connection to the airport and other surrounding areas.

The Executive Lounge at Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg offers a perfect start to the day with a great view from the terrace and a delicious breakfast buffet. The attentive and friendly staff, especially Zachanda, make the experience even better. The spacious and comfy executive rooms, complete with a separate bathtub and shower, are perfect for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with parking available nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is unacceptable that, by protocol, in a hotel of this category, the cleaning lady should go in at 8.45 a.m. and wake the occupants, and do so again at ten, without any positive indication from our side for such an intrusion. If this is a protocol of the hotel logistics, it is absolutely intrusive and has little respect for the rest and privacy of the occupants. When I complained about it at the time of checking out, the receptionist could not and did not know how to offer any more response than the manager would contact me, which did not happen in the following six days, another sign of lack of respect and attention that does not correspond to the supposed category of the hotel.

A Hidden Gem

We were hesitant at first due to outdated decor, but our experience at this hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. The room was incredibly spacious, especially for Europe, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The AC was excellent, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. One highlight was the Club Room with its open balcony offering a stunning view of the city; a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk to the city gate, and within easy reach of restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. The bar served delicious schnitzel, and the ample breakfast satisfied our appetites.

The hotel staff was exceptional, everyone one of them were friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming. That is the most important element in putting together a good hotel. All else follows from that. Congratulations to Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg for this success.

interior design was a bit blah

Very comfortable room and polite friendly staff. Conveniently located for the railway station and the old town.

Most hotels were full and those with vacant rooms were ridiculously overpriced when I was there. I paid nearly 200 euros for a room when I have stayed at this hotel before for less than 100 euros.

Its location at a moderate distance from two satellite museums was unbeatable. A shopping area and the Christmas market were right next door.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be way much better.

Had a great time during my short stay here. the place is so convenient, just 300 meters away from the New Museum 🏛. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it super easy to grab a bite or a drink.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful as soon as we got there.
